IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INFORMATION PAYMENT & INVOICING Please note: Registration is not considered complete until payment has been received. An invoice will be sent to the primary email address provided on this form within 5 business days (Monday–Friday). If you do not receive your invoice within this timeframe or have any questions, please contact us at: info@torontoatlanticfc.com UNIFORM POLICY All players are required to wear the official Toronto Atlantic FC jersey at every session. If a player has not yet received a uniform, they are encouraged to wear black or dark blue athletic apparel for their first session. The first day of House League will be dedicated to: - Uniform distribution - Player evaluations to help ensure fair and balanced team placements for an enjoyable and competitive experience. SOCCER SCHOOL PLAYER FEE Players currently enrolled in our Soccer School who wish to participate in the House League are required to pay a $50 House League Participation Fee. These players will be representing the Toronto Atlantic FC team within the league. The fee is charged once per Soccer School term and helps cover additional coordination, staffing, and administrative costs. REGISTRATION POLICY House League registration remains open as long as space is available. All registrations are subject to availability and the sole discretion of Toronto Atlantic FC. REFUND & CREDIT POLICY Full Refund: Available with written notice at least 15 days prior to the program’s start date. Credit Only: If notice is provided within 15 days of the program’s start date, a credit will be issued for future programs. Credits do not expire. Please email refund/credit requests to: info@torontoatlanticfc.com SIBLING DISCOUNT POLICY Sibling discounts apply only when two or more players from the same family are registered in the same program: - 10% off for two siblings - 15% off for three or more siblings GENERAL DISCOUNT POLICY Only one discount may be applied per registration. If a participant qualifies for multiple discounts, the highest applicable discount will be used.
