Players participate in multiple weekly training sessions, technical development training, and league matches throughout the season.

Program Structure

Age Group: Players born 2016–2010

Weekly Training Schedule

• 2 Team Training Sessions per Week
• 1 Technical Training Session per Week (Skills Revolution – 2H)

Competition

• League games every 2 to 3 weeks
• 1 tournament per season(tournament fees not included)

Season Commitment

Outdoor Season

May – October

Players are expected to commit for the full outdoor season. Leaving the team during the season is not permitted unless under exceptional circumstances approved by the club.

Indoor Season

November – April

Players are expected to commit for the full indoor season. Leaving the team during the season is not permitted unless under exceptional circumstances approved by the club.
