Weekly Training Schedule

• 1 Team Training per Week
• 1 Technical Training per Week (Skills Revolution – 2H)

Competition

• League games every two weeks

Season Commitment

Outdoor Season

May – October

Players are expected to commit for the full outdoor season. Leaving the team during the season is not permitted unless under exceptional circumstances approved by the club.

Indoor Season

November – April

Players are expected to commit for the full indoor season. Leaving the team during the season is not permitted unless under exceptional circumstances approved by the club.
